Datwyler announced a collaboration with LTS Device Technologies, a developer of smart wearable devices for drug delivery, and Stevanato Group

Datwyler has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of Capsul’Invest SA und Brain Corp SA (together operating as Capsul’in), a leading provider of aluminum coffee capsule solutions headquartered in Luxembourg with annual revenues of approximately EUR 90 million.

Wearables have become a major driver of innovation in personalized healthcare. In particular, neurotechnology is opening up entirely new possibilities – from brain-computer interfaces to mental health monitoring and neurofeedback. A central element of these systems are electrodes, which form the interface between the human body and electronic components.

Datwyler gained momentum in the first half of 2025 despite a challenging environment. In the Healthcare division, particularly the recovery in market demand and the successful ramp-up of new products had a positive impact. Despite muted demand caused by ongoing trade conflicts, Datwyler continues to drive high-margin, innovative projects in the Industrial division, with solid growth in the Food & Beverage segment. Currency-adjusted, revenue increased by 1.3% to CHF 563.0 million, and the EBIT margin improved to 12.2%. The ForwardNow transformation program is progressing according to plan.
